Job Description

Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Providing detailed analytical reports on financial performance to the Finance Controlling Manager and monitoring expenses.

Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and financial plans.

Ensuring the proper implementation of financial policies and accounting procedures.

Supporting internal and external audit processes by providing the required documents and information.

Addressing auditors’ inquiries and ensuring their requirements are met.

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide support and guidance – Develop the functional knowledge and expertise of the team to optimize performance.

Influence stakeholders – Guide and influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt an alternative point of view when necessary.

Enhance systems and procedures – Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

Resolve technical and operational issues – Identify and solve complex problems to ensure operational continuity and optimal performance.

Role Level Description

Know-how: Applies knowledge and skills gained through encountering similar situations at work to a variety of day-to-day activities with minimal guidance from more experienced roles. Applies expertise relevant to own functional area to assist in contributing to Lumi's objectives.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree

Major: Accounting, Finance, or any other related field.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 5 - 6 years
