Long Description
Act to encourage repeat business and referrals by building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and positioning Lumi as a preferred leasing partner.
Implement a feedback mechanism to gather input and continuously improve the leasing services, such as regular client reviews.
Provide timely assistance for any emergencies or issues that may arise during the lease agreement.
Maintain accurate invoicing and payment processes per established agreements.
Collaborate with Fleet team to maintain the Leasing fleet in optimal conditions.
Contribute in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with Clients for business growth.
Contribute to resolving client concerns related to billing, claims, eligibility, and other service issues, as needed.
Handle additional relevant tasks and responsibilities actively as assigned by line-manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Handle and monitor accident cases, mechanical repairs, and idle vehicles
Inform user immediately when vehicle is received after repair; send official email to client
Ensure Istimara / Registration renewals are completed on time
Ensure all agreements are opened and closed timely in the system
Monitor the daily fleet movement sheet and take necessary action
Submit invoices timely
Follow up with collections / receivables for timely payment recovery and achieve the given collection target
Handle and monitor accident cases, mechanical repairs, and idle vehicles
Follow up on lease off-hired vehicles for proper return and closure
Key Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Prepare departmental/unit statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Lumi’s requirements, policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Major: Business, marketing or any other related field.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years.
