Greeting customers and providing comprehensive information about rental services, available car types, and rental prices.
Assisting customers with car reservations, and modifying or canceling bookings based on customer requests.
Answering questions regarding rental options, policies, terms, and additional insurance.
Advising customers on selecting the appropriate car based on their needs, such as passenger capacity, luggage space, and rental duration.
Handling customer complaints and seeking immediate and positive solutions to satisfy customers.
Assisting customers with payment processes and explaining contract fee details.
Preparing invoices and ensuring that all financial details are accurate.
Coordinating with the rental department to ensure the requested car is delivered on time.
Providing support to customers in the event of vehicle breakdowns or accidents during the rental period, and coordinating with relevant parties for immediate assistance.
Informing customers about available promotional offers or discounts.
