Long Description

Receiving incoming calls from customers and responding to inquiries about available rental services.

Assisting customers in making car reservations, confirming bookings, and modifying or canceling them as requested by the customer.

Handling customer complaints and inquiries.

Informing customers about promotional offers and special discounts provided by the company

Contacting customers after the rental period to ensure their satisfaction with the service and the condition of the returned vehicle.

Providing reports to management on the number of incoming calls, recurring complaints, and customer feedback to improve service.

Regularly updating the customer database and documenting all details related to reservations and communication with customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate the achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

Prepare departmental/unit statements and reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Lumi’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree

Major: Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related field.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years
