About the program

Lumi's Graduate Development Program focused on building deep functional expertise and preparing you for long-term roles within Lumi.

Program Structure

• Duration: 12 months

• Business Units: Logistics, Leasing (Long-Term Renting), Rental (Short-Term Renting)

• Mentorship: Each GDP trainee will be paired with a dedicated mentor for the full duration of the program

• Assessment: Candidates complete an assessment as part of the selection process

What You'll Do

• Work within your assigned business unit (Logistics, Leasing, or Rental), building hands-on expertise in its core operations

• Take ownership of real projects and deliverables relevant to your unit

• Collaborate with department leads and cross-functional teams on live business priorities

• Attend structured learning sessions to build core professional and technical skills

• Receive ongoing feedback and coaching from your mentor and unit manager

Requirements

1. Saudi Nationals

2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

3. Recent graduates with a graduation year between 2024 and 2026.

4. Minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4, or 4.5 out of 5.

5. English language proficiency.
