Long Description

Managing the daily agenda and meetings for managers or the team.

Arranging internal and external appointments and meetings.

Organizing and maintaining files and records in an easily accessible manner.

Writing and preparing periodic reports and official documents.

Drafting internal and external correspondence and ensuring its accuracy.

Monitoring emails and responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate department.

Supporting other departments with tasks when needed.

Following up on the execution of daily tasks and ensuring the team meets deadlines.

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Prepare departmental/unit statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Lumi’s requirements, policies and quality standards.

Know-how: Applies knowledge and skills gained through encountering similar situations at work to a variety of day-to-day activities with minimal guidance from more experienced roles. Applies expertise relevant to own functional area to assist in contributing to Lumi's objectives.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Major: Business Administration or any related field.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years
