HCM Business Partner Specialist

About the Role

The main HR contact for the Logistics department, acting as the link between the business and Human Capital. This role partners with Logistics leaders to manage people-related matters, support business objectives, and provide workforce insights through HR data and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for the Logistics department.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and provide HR guidance.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with HR teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services.
• Drive HR initiatives that improve employee experience and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
• Previous HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience is preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and HR reporting.
• High ownership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
